End of the season pool party for the Phillies... Jack did SUCH a great job playing ball this year. We really got him in at the last minute, and we didn't know anybody on the team... But he blossomed. Here, Coach Jeff tells the journey from swinging the bat perpendicular to the ground, to getting a hit nearly every time at bat. We are so very proud of our little baller.

With friends and family galore... we braved the strawberry fields. Saturated with visiting international tour buses, and lots and lots of people we had never seen there before... Anyway, much fun to be had in the dirt and muck! The boys were so proud of their filthiness. :)

Our big girl was SO excited. There were two performances: 11am and 5:30pm. Mommy worked behind the scenes at the first, and everyone watched the second, including godmother Kelly! Fun was had by all.... for more than four hours. Dressing in the car dressing room with Bevo Daddy escorts his baby to the show In the lineup--ready to GO!

Kelly is one of my oldest and dearest friends in the world. And she is Tess' godmother. So for her to bring her whole family down here to see us (and Legoland) was AMAZINGly awesome and wonderful!! We had much fun--and she got to see my girl dance. :)

We almost didn't make it (so much traffic!!)!! Tess was such a trooper; she stepped right onstage, hair unruly and tights pulled all crazy... but she rocked the moves!

Today (Saturday), we lost to the Angels. BUT, this is double-elimination playoffs (much to Mommy's surprise), so we play again Tuesday! For those tuned in... Jack's team DID win that second playoff game Tuesday night! We beat the #1 team in our bracket! Woo hoo! Final game midday Saturday. Pictures soon. :)

GO PHILLIES! Poor fielding helped us a little bit.... Slugger Andy hard at work (he's 7, folks!) Sinclair (girl) missed this one, but she hit the next! A for effort... That's my Jack, grounder! It ended up Jack got a key RBI in the final inning, and he scored the winning run! There was a dogpile at home plate, the kids are so pumped to play another playoff game.... TOMORROW.

Our girl is five! We are so very proud of the strong, hilarious, spirited and talented girl she has always been!! We decided to celebrate at Disneyland this year. Don't worry... Jack has the map. Upon arrival at Ariel's Grotto.... Tess freaks out. Finally I get some posers. :) This Rapunzel had her work cut out for her. And, now we're friends! And this, my friends, is our Lindsey! She's Mommy's right-hand-gal.
